Antonio Lindsay5 StarHaving used the service for over 12 months I received an excellent service level, the owner personally made me, and my partner feel welcomed and the facilities/containers are maintained to a very high standard. The site security is second to none and far exceeds some of the more well know complete enclosure self-storage companies. We would highly recommend this company to anyone seeking safe, clean, very secure and well managed self-storage facility. (I used to travel all the way from Durham!)

The premises is incredibly secure,handing over the unit on my arrival and back again when finished was simple. The deposit and pro rata refunds were paid back in to my account promptly. The owner is polite, friendly & helpful and very approachable. I’ve had no problems at all.
The units are all new steel ISO containers with sealed doors. Everything is clean, and painted. No sign of rust or damp anywhere. Each of the containers has a covered lockbox shackle as well as the hasp type locks on the levers.
The site is secure, it has CCTV and decent fencing to give you piece of mind. You can access the site 7 days a week, from early morning upto late evenings by using an electronic fob.
I’ve had a unit with Fortress for over a year. I’ve never had any concerns.Tuesday 21st February 2017
