Although the fee's at sequence are slightly higher than anywhere else, I believe they are worth every penny. We recently took out our first mortgage with the help of Jordan Nicholas. Jordan helped us to review all of the options available to us and was extremely knowledgeable about the terms of different mortgages and what would be best for us. We bought our previous property through Fox & Sons and we are so glad we used them again to sell our house. Gemma is absolutely brilliant and easy to contact whenever needed. The service I received from the entire team at Fox & Sons was brilliant from start to finish. The sales team were flexible doing viewings and very professional, answered all questions and had solicitors recommended which made everything easier and quicker. I used their Mortgage Adviser as well who got me exactly what I wanted, quickly and efficiently. Everything was explained so well and nothing was too much trouble; the value for money was excellent!

Jordan was amazing! Had a couple of properties fall through so she had her work cut out with the numerous changes each time but she was great. Very patient, very understanding & got exactly what my requirements were without ever pushing anything that I didn't need. She was so friendly, even catching up on emails out of hours. Had a great experience buying a house through Fox & Sons after a disappointing 6 month wait only to have a purchase cancelled on the day of completion with another estate agent. Gemma Atkins dealt with me and was extremely helpful. She was able to answer all my questions regarding each step of the process and kept me up to date with the progress of the previous occupants moving out (my previous attempt was foiled when the occupants failed to leave and the owner let them stay, cancelling my purchase). The whole process was extremely easy and Gemma and her colleagues did an amazing job. I will definitely be recommending Fox & Sons to my friends and family if they are ever looking to move.
