Adam Rharib was amazing. He found me and my husband our perfect place in under a week! He listened to all my deal breakers and must haves. It was our first time renting and he couldn’t of made it easier for us for our first experience. He was always in great communication and doesn’t waste any time. He is very professional and great at his job. Always letting me know when there is viewings available straight away. I couldn’t recommend him enough! I will be going back to him for sure, whether he is still at Foxtons or not. Thank you Adam!

I was so impressed with Foxtons' service! I had to find a flat quickly to move asap and I managed to do so thanks to the help of Chris Cooper. He was so nice and understanding. He showed me the perfect flat for me before it was even online because he knew I was in such a rush. Once I put the offer, he made everything possible so that the landlord would accept me with my small dog, even though he wasn't accepting pets. I moved in two weeks after viewing the flat! I am super grateful to Chris for his caring attitude and prompt help :)

I contacted Foxtons in my journey to find a property to rent and was put in touch with Chris Cooper. From the get go, he was extremely helpful and super pleasant. He gave me lots of great information about the current market during the initial call and was very quick to send over relevant properties. He was always prompt to reply to any and all queries I had (which were plentiful) and he went above and beyond to get us details of the property. Chris has been super responsive and thoughtful every step of the way - it made a world of a difference and gave us a peace of mind. My experience with Foxtons has been unmatched and I can't thank Chris enough for helping us secure the property. I highly recommend that you contact Foxtons if you're searching for a property in London - the current market situation is a craze and they helped us make the process so much smoother.

I have just rented the house with Foxtons. There were quite a lot of problems on my way to do it and generally, as a tenant I want to say that there are a lot of mistakes and problems connected with bureaucracy,stupidity and imperfection of their system. Here are some examples of problems we faced: We agreed the starting date of our contract, that was 7th of March. That was a vital thing for us and the decision-maker(because our old contract expires the same date and we need to move a lot of stuff, also we needed somewhere to sleep). Agent asked the landlors , landlord agreed. We(tenants) signed the contract. At the end of February the Agent called me with the words like "Sorry, they just changed the move in date. I can't do anything because they haven't signed yet.". We did it a month ago. Why it works this way? A big question. Even though the agent said that professional cleaning is obligatory before moving in, we moved into the dirty and uncleaned house. There were a lot of small issues and misunderstandings but I am not going to write a novel here. If you have possibility to avoid using agency - avoid it. You will save/earn more money, you won't have additional layer which more often create problems rather than fix them. But if you decide to use agency, Foxtons is not the worst agency to choose. That is my first impression and if something changes I will update the review. The real rating I would give the foxtons as an organization is 3 - 3.5. This review gets 5 stars only because of the agent, who always is ready to help and find the solution to any problem. Rooheen, thank you for your responsiveness and all your atempts to smooth out all the problems and conflicts.
