Jane Colbourne1 StarAfter leaving a message on their answer phone a man rang me back (call ID not known) naturally I answer the phone and I have a man say 'who's this?'. As I don't know who he is I ask "who's this?" He then said his name was 'Steve' and nothing more. I told him that I didn't know who he was and then he said that he had just had a missed call from me. I then asked "is that Franklins?" to which he said "yes". I told him that I needed someone to come out to give me a quote for blinds I all my rooms of the house, to which he replied "do you know the sizes?" I said no, that's why I need someone to come out to give me a price and measure up, to which he replied "that will be a call out charge of £20!!!" Naturally I declined and said no. If this is a taste of their customer service I seriously question what their service is like after getting your order. Avoid go somewhere more professional!!!!Friday 13th April 2018
