Very seldom you come across a car dealership that delivers high quality new and used cars, gives expert impartial advice and is honest, reliable and trustworthy. Fred Henderson ticks all those boxes in abundance. From the initial contact we made with them, right up to delivery date, we were treat like Royalty. Alan the Sales Exec, was an absolute dream to negotiate and work with. No pushy sales tactics, no hard sell, just plain old fashioned traditional courteous gentleman. We were very pleased with the valuation given on our PX and more than pleased when we picked our new car up. Alan left no stone unturned to prepare our new car for pick up. Any work we asked to be done on our new car was done to total perfection. We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 ⭐️ experience, and would not hesitate to recommend buying a car from this dealership

We have just collected our first Range Rover to tow our caravan ...never thought we would ever have one!! It's a 15 plate but looks brand new and was immaculate when we collected it. Alan looked after us throughout process emailing optional extras but no pressure to buy these or the car. Sorted our detachable tow bar at a very reasonable price. Love our new car ...going to get a personal reg and no one will know its 7 years old!! Thanks again Alan

I have just arrived home after picking up a beautiful Audi A6 from Fred Henderson Ltd. Alan Reed has been simply amazing from first point of contact right through to hand over. It’s been an absolute pleasure dealing with Alan who has been in constant contact with me whilst the car was prepped prior to collection. The car was not only ready bang on time but was presented looking like a brand new car despite it being 6 years old. Alan looked after everything for me, sorted out a great p/x deal, dealt with all the logbooks and vehicle tax etc… I simply turned up, signed a form and drove away with a hand shake. Cracking bloke!! The whole team at Fred Henderson has surpassed my expectations by a mile. I couldn’t recommend this dealership enough, simply superb from the start. The car itself is simply stunning, I loved every minute of the 3 hour drive home. A rare car with rare spec, I’m grateful you found one and in pristine condition. I went to view a car and Alan was brilliant with me. This is a really reputable company that put their customers first, unfortunately due to insurance costs I wasn’t able to purchase the car I was looking at. But will definitely be buying from Fred Henderson when another car suitable for me comes available. Could not recommend this garage enough.
