From initial contact through to completion it was seamless, replied quickly to all emails, we booked in to have 15 rooms done over 3 phases and were able to schedule with ease, nothing was too much trouble. We were in fairly urgent need of carpet cleaning of my mother-in-law's carpets in her flat which is going up for sale. They were not in good shape and we were considering replacing them when my husband saw Fresh Air and liked what he read and we decided to give it a go. We are glad we did. Every aspect of the service was professional, informative, with Joe talking us through the process and managing expectations. He arrived bang on time, got busy and in a matter of hours, the flat carpets were sparkling, and looked like new. He then came to clean our bedroom carpet that we also thought may have seen better days. We were delighted with that too and though one small stain remained it is only tiny and given the stains and marks that were removed, we can live with the little one (and it serves us right for drinking tea in bed. We highly recommend Joe and will have him back before too long to do the rest of the carpets.

Great service from start to finish . Rapid reply to my initial query even though it was a weekend. Arrived bang on time with a text advising he was 10 mins away. Joe is very personable and polite and friendly. Very impressed with the kit Joe brought and used. Nearly 3 hours later as per his estimate of time I had living room, hall stairs and landing carpets like new having been down 10 and 5 years respectively. Would use again and recommend without hesitation.

We have a holiday let property and needed a thorough clean of areas, rugs and upholstery after a year if heavy usage. Joe was the first company to respond to my shout out, was very efficient and professional and clearly understood exactly what we wanted.
