When recently considering the refurb of our lounge, we decided to take the plunge and engage professionals to assist us in achieving a clear design vision, one which we were not confident we could necessarily achieve on our own. This decision would prove to be great one, one which our fantastic lounge now serves as testament to. From our initial consultation with Nommi, through the development of our design, it was great to work together to achieve what became a shared vision. With a finalised design, we then proceeded with quote preparation, planning, kick off and the ultimately the delivery of our project. I can honestly say that the process was a joy, our interactions with the full F&F team genuinely fun and enjoyable. With our end product looking fantastic, exactly what we almost knew we wanted. Every item which was specified, from wall coverings and carpet, to lighting, furniture and art work, we absolutely love. I would 100% recommend F&F for inspiration, for quality, for service (and fun), for value and the delivery of a truly great space. We certainly look forward to our next project and thank Eleanor, Glyn and the team for the support and efforts.

Having never used a designer before I was a little wary it might be bit like a "60 minute makeover" with someone putting their own interpretations and ideas over mine. It could not have been more different! Lucy was great from start to finish. She really listened to me, what I liked, and didn't like, took the time to understand how I wanted to use the space and got a sense of my style and taste and the overall look I wanted to achieve. While she did introduce patterns and concepts I would not have considered without her guidance, she quickly picked up on my responses and together we found the right ones for me. I have been much braver than I would have been on my own, but I trusted Lucy and the results are fabulous. The project covered 3 rooms of my house - kitchen, playroom and large living room with dining area. It was a mix match of furniture we had gathered over the years and I wanted to finally have things that matched, looked good but we were functional for our family. And what would have taken me ages pouring over websites and colour charts was a quick and painless process. I don't have a lot of spare time so having Lucy to do all the leg work was fabulous! I am delighted with it and have fallen in love with my house again! Thank you Lucy, and Furnish & Fettle for everything.

We were absolutely delighted by the service and advice we received and the results are stunning. Some of the initial advice we received was not what we wanted to hear but on reflection and thinking it over and talking to others we saw the sense in it and changed our minds and trusted in the expert and with a few tweaks to accommodate some of our thoughts we proceeded and were certainly not disappointed - and friends say 'wow' when they see the finished results in our home.
