So when I had issues with cooker recently I didn’t hesitate to contact them. Said they would come that afternoon or failing that the day after. Needless to say they didn’t come that afternoon. No message given. We contacted next day after another no show and no phone call. Engineer answered and said there wasn’t even a log of the job!! Got someone else who sorted quickly and professionally. Won’t use again. Can’t recommend. Poor customer service.Monday 18th October 2021
John Barker5 StarWe phoned mid morning on Monday and by mid afternoon our cooker was fixed with a new element and bulbs replaced. Great service and a very polite and helpful engineer especially in the middle of the “lockdown”. Would definitely use again and definitely recommend.Monday 11th May 2020
