Gas Mark 1 (Andy) is always there when we need him for the jobs that come that need a Gas Engineer to attend, he always keeps us in the loop on when he's going to a job and when he's finished it and will always provide us with high quality photo's that we can give in to our clients. Andy is very hard working person and shows a lot of dedication as he will travel to all different parts of England and Wales when we have needed him to and to show how good his work is we have never had a recall from our clients to do with Andy's work.

Following efficient gas line capping and tap/waste removal, nobody returned for the refit of the new equipment after several messages and calls. No response or excuse. Cannot recommend. Response regarding access is nonesense.

Andy is a Professional and knows his field very well. . He keeps you informed of the time of arrival and explains things during the job. He is very pleasant and friendly. He came and did the job straight away and checked the system for me and left the place tidy. A well deserved 5* . I recommend highly to anyone needing a gas engineer.Thank you Andy.
