We had a bedroom conversion carried out and added in an en-suite shower room; Les and Simon were really excellent in the planning of this room and gave us exactly what we needed and more, the room turned out better than we had hoped for. They arrived every day on time and worked well every day, and at each stage they kept us updated and included us in all the key decisions, really helpful and I would highly recommend Les and Simon. Thank you both for the excellent work.

I used General Building Services after a referral from a friend. I had a flat roof on an extension that was in dire need of replacing. Les & Simon came round and explained the options available. I could have gone for cheaper re-felting, but after the guys explained the benefit of having a fiberglass roof, guaranteed for 25 years, it was an easy decision. A bit of extra investment for 3 times the lifespan! In the end they did more than what i asked them to originally and they managed to get it all done within the timeframe, including working late to get it done. What i like best about Les and Simon is their attention to detail, they do not cut corners or try to get it done in 5 minutes so they can sod off to the next job. They do it right, which is massively important to quality and aesthetics. I have recommended GBS to my friends and they will be back for more work on my house.
