At GFF I felt a totally different approach. Damian is so patient and helpful with newbies. Nobody judges you by the way you look, body shape or age. Since the first lesson I feel the different muscles start to work and not only do I feel stronger but my confidence is higher thanks to the people.

Nathan Hawkes5 StarAs a complete novice to pole fitness, the teachers have been so patient with me and really coached me to believe in my abilities. Third week going now and I will be going back again. If you’re looking to get into dance or fitness in a studio that is so incredibly welcoming to everyone, this is the place for you. The most inclusive, professional and fun classes I’ve been to yet. Would recommend highly.Friday 11th February 2022

Sheryl the instructor was brilliant and I felt so welcome and comfortable- I wouldn’t ever go to a group class because I am an anxious person but I’m glad I did- really enjoyed it. E5 StarI come here every week now, I am surprised with how quickly I've learnt certain tricks. The teachers are very supportive and make you feel welcomed. I really like this dance studio, there's lots of classes to try and they always bring out new things. I should have joined sooner that's my only regret!Friday 27th August 2021
