This is the 2nd time I have booked Giuseppe, first for my hen party 4 years ago & this time for a special family dinner to celebrate my husband's retirement. We have some fussy eaters in the group who were a bit nervous about gourmet food, but Giuseppe was able to cater for everyone & even the fussy eaters tried & enjoyed food they never thought they would like! The food was all incredible, with lots of extra touches thrown in by Giuseppe & made for a thoroughly enjoyable & memorable night! Best of all was how Giuseppe was with our granddaughter Leela who has just turned 7. He had her helping him in the kitchen, talking her through what he was doing & making her feel involved. This resulted in her tasting everything, eating more than she ever has before & even announcing at the end that she wants to be a chef!! Giuseppe ended the night by giving Leela a handwritten note thanking her for her help in the kitchen, along with some 'wages' for her work, which absolutely made her night. She hasn't stopped talking about it since! We would all thoroughly recommend booking Giuseppe for your special event - if you're looking for incredible food, fantastic service & a night to remember you won't be disappointed. We're already trying to think of another excuse to book him!!

We booked Giuseppe for an annual dinner with a group of friends visiting Scotland. The entire experience — from the never-ending appetizers to the fabulous dessert — was exceptional. Giuseppe was charming and friendly throughout, taking care of all the details and explaining each delicious dish. We all agreed that Giuseppe was the best in-home chef we have booked in the 16 years we’ve held this globe-trotting gathering, and would highly recommend Giuseppe to anyone visiting the St. Andrews area!

Giuseppe prepared what can only be described as a masterful meal for our group while visiting Carphin House. The courses were thoughtfully paired and the preparation was exceptional. Giuseppe's personal warmth comes through in his every interaction -- and especially his cooking. The dinner he prepared was by far the best of our entire trip to Scotland, and we would recommend him enthusiastically to all who are seeking a special meal prepared by a kind chef with great attention to the smallest details. Five Stars.

Giuseppe was amazing and the food was outstanding. We had the pleasure of spending a few days with him, he catered to all our needs and tailored all the meals to suit our group. He took the time to explain all the ingredients and recipes to us, he also taught us how to cook while cooking for 14 people! Giuseppe is a pleasure to be around and his food was amazing. I cannot recommend him enough, he made our holiday the most memorable possible.
