Really pleased with the service from Glissen. Communication was prompt which made arranging a time/date easy. Great professionalism and clearly experts in this field. Dean came round and did an amazing job on a really large nasty stain on my carpet. He took his time and didn’t rush the process. I would highly recommend to anyone or business in need of the services they offer.

A greater service. My carpet and sofa have survived an extension, a puppy and two small children. It was really starting to show. They now look clean and I'm not embarrassed when visitors come round. The price was really reasonable for the amount of time and effort. Great little company who I will use again.

My dog was staying at a friend’s house and he defacated all over the light-coloured carpet. Some of it was watery and really soaked into the pile. The house was rented so it was potentially a big problem for the landlord (and the tenant’s deposit) if we couldn’t get it clean. Glissen rearranged their schedule to get to us in two days, and in the interim period they provided expert advice remotely about what to do in the early stages to prevent the stains sticking in the carpet. After Glissen’s visit, the carpet is better than it was before. There is no sign at all of the extensive mess the dog made. There’s a lot of science and training which goes into stain removal, which I hadn’t realised. The difference between a professional job and having a DIY go is massive. Glissen’s communication, customer service and ultimately quality of the clean were exceptional. Highly recommended.

Great service, moved to a house where previous owns had pets. Carpets now lovely and clean, pet odour gone. Would recommend Dean and use this service again.
