Gave several clothes for dry cleaning. Gave white trousers with heavy ink stain which I was ready to throw away, but they miraculously helped remove it and I got them back within 2 days at the agreed time. Highly recommend trying out their service. Location is very convenient as I was able to give and get my clothes early in the morning before work.

I had a horrible experience. I was staying at a nearby hotel and this location was very convenient at the Gloucester Road tube station. I asked the a man in the shop if he could accommodate next day laundry service, he told me he could and gave me a brochure with prices. The prices listed were £15 for a small load, and £25 for large. When I went to drop off a couple days later I showed up with 3 Tesco shopping bags, and was told it would be £75. I went along with it because we were leaving for Paris and I didn’t have another option. My husband picked up the clothes the next day after 3 like we were told and they weren’t even folded! Everything was a wrinkled mess. I called the next morning and voiced my displeasure and the woman working apologized and offered to iron my clothes and told me it was not ok and said she’d contact the manager about a partial refund. I had no time to bring my clothes back for ironing because we had a train to catch, and she ultimately couldn’t get ahold of the manager. I can’t believe I paid that much to receive unfolded wrinkled clothes stuffed into a plastic bag.

Very expensive for a service wash (5 quid more than the 20 advertised on website). Nearly ran into a VERY big issue where they did not have our washing done by the agreed time (we were flying out that afternoon so stressed that when dropping off). Fortunately for everyone it was in their next delivery so arrived late, but it did arrive.

Avoid at all costs Brought in a white tie dress to be shortened and dry cleaned. I had to collect it on the day of the event. When I came it wasn’t dry cleaned, instead fabric was stained and damaged. The seam was on the wrong side. They dry cleaned it and re did the seam on the house. I collected it today. The (white tie!) dress is 3(!) cm shorter than it should be. It is completely ruined. It is useless now This collection is sold out. You know what I was told when I collected it the first time? You can take us to court
