Welcome to Golding Joinery, a friendly family run company established in 1984 manufacturing and fitting bespoke joinery products including; Stairs, Kitchens, Windows, Doors, Conservatories and Shop fronts, using a wide variety of both hard and softwoods. Our workshop is based near Newbridge, South Wales offering free, friendly advice and quotations to both the trade and public alike. Although based in South Wales our company is willing and capable of carrying out works UK wide or even Europe.

I hired this company to make bespoke stairs for my property. I have been really disappointed- they didn’t follow the plans and didn’t communicate where they were going to make changes with my builder and other carpenter. everyone was inconvenienced and we had to make alterations after the stairs were installed to make it good. When we tried to discuss this , we just got nowhere. I was also having to live without stairs for three weeks, sleeping downstairs with my children, and the company did nothing to prioritise the job. My carpenter also pointed out where the stairs weren’t straight and let in daylight. For the amount I paid, I’m shocked at the quality and poor customer service.

Been using Golding joinery off and on for around 15 years and never had a problem. Excellent fast, reliable value for money. The quality of every staircase and other joinery items I get supplied by Wayne is always top notch. Will continue to order from Golding joinery 10/10

Leaking window and door glass joins every time it rains due to them being fitted poorly. When owner approached advised that there are worse problems down south with the flooding?! Ample time to resolve issue over the last 12 months but not interested despite taking large amounts of cash for a big project. Do not use!
