Very welcoming with a comprehensive induction. Really impressive selection of gym equipment in well spaced light and airy rooms. Everything is in good clean condition and sanitised between use. Good parking area too. Very impressed with the gym and the friendly atmosphere and staff.

I've been going to the facility for over a year, I've been using all the gym facilities. I was overweight and now I've manged to slim down to being ripped. Cardio machines are excellent and free weights are nice. It's kept to a good cleaning standard and is well looked after. I heard about the classes that were included in my membership and I went to see a member of staff, which they were very polite and booked into a spin class which suited me and my times that were available. The member of staff talked me through what was in store for myself. One member of staff showed me the ropes in regards to the class and prepared me for it and gave me the understanding of it and I've been attending ever since. If you put the effort you'll reap the rewards. The membership price is very reasonable and affordable. P.S the staff are very welcoming and friendly. ~ Jon Gregory

I only signed up for 1 month and the fist gym session I noticed that despite the size the space is used amazingly Very good gym 👍(•_•)👍

Nice clean place Was good day showing off the pooches 😁 Only problem is that you need to be driving some type of clown car that shrinks when you park up surely someone was taking p**s when painting the bays 🙈

The site includes a play area, gym , sports hall and a community room with kitchen. I attended an event in the community room which I have done many times previously. You can hire this room for birthday parties and the kitchen is great so that you can make drinks. Disabled parking at the front and general parking at the rear of the main building. Very clean and well maintained. Very helpful staff too.
