This couple worked professionally to clean all of the (good quality, but ageing) carpets in our new home - some of which were very grubby and some with stains. The rather old and worn Amtico flooring in the kitchen was also given a new lease of life. We went away and left them to it for a few days, they move all the heavy furniture with some clever sliders (they do ask you to remove to safety, anything breakable - i.e. glassware in cupboards). The carpets have been given a new lease of life. You could choose the cheaper option of hiring cleaning equipment and do it yourself, but - apart from the hard and lengthy work this involves - and having to move heavy furniture yourself, you won't get the depth of cleaning that is achieved with their industrial cleaning equipment, which leaves the carpets almost dry and no residual chemical odour as there are no chemicals used - that won't happen with your own hired version. Well worth paying the extra to get a very satisfactory result - a lot cheaper and better for the environment than buying new carpets.

David and Andrea were very professional and easy to deal with. They responded to my needs and were very informative and educational of the process they would carry out. It was also important to me that they and set my expectations realistically which they did. The service was excellent and the resulting clean of my very large carpet was spectacular in my opinion and for a very reasonable cost. They put a lot of time and effort into the work they carried out and I could not be happier. I cannot recommend them highly enough it was a wholly positive experience and they are not only exceptionally professional they also nice. David
