The staff could not do enough to help my friend. From the initial show around with the manager to the day she sadly passed away. Everyone was kind friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. During her final days we were spent long hours sitting in her room and felt like we were part of the big Greenslades family. The support they give me was amazing especially as I am not family.

I can't fault this home, the staff are so kind and caring. It has been a really difficult time for everyone with covid yet they are still smiling. It is not the Ritz but it is clean and well run. My mother has been happy there for the last year, and I can sleep well at night knowing she is being cared for.

Our mum had a short stay here after being released from hospital and needed respite. We found all the staff were kind and kept her clean and warm. They explained mums care needs and made her as comfortable as possible. Sadly our mum passed away but they handled her last days with great care and respect even with these covid times.

Would not recommend for end of life care. Awful experience with manager and porter who showed no professional care or compassion.

Disgusting care home! Complex needs left to own devices. Dirty and overpowering smell of urine etc. I'd rather go to prison!
