Went in to get some information about a video I'm researching but the owner wasn't there unfortunately. I did have a lovely conversation with the lady that was there about old Dewsbury and Morley. I'm going to go back soon to continue my research and hopefully have a look at the museum upstairs. I'm hoping to do a full video on Greenwoods very soon.

Yesterday morning I took in my Wedding ring and my Ruby Wedding ring for resizing as I had lost weight and was in danger of losing them. I had a call a few hours later to say the rings were ready for collection. Couldn't be more delighted! Cleaned and sparkling like new, and a very reasonable price. Highly recommended. Thank you :)

I purchased one bracelet for a relative, upon receiving this gift and opening on their birthday, we discovered that the latch wasn't working, so of course we decided to return it so we could receive a working product. They insisted that my relative broke it and bullied me out of the store, being adamant that it was my fault having only just opened the item, refusing to replace a product, baring in mind that I've purchase several items from them, the issue was valid and they showed poor customer service and an apathetic approach towards customer care and relations. I've purchased from hundreds of retailers in my life and customer service and respect is key; they demonstrated none of this and rejected my requests to a working product to delay the warranty so it expires. I'm sincerely glad I didn't spend more than £60 and get overtly scammed for more of my hard earned money, tread carefully when purchasing from this store, I'd recommend somewhere with exemplary customer service such as Amazon.
