Today when I came in to buy a piece of pizza, their staffs were chatting, I said hello to one of them, and she saw me, but she didn't say anything to me, she turned her face to another staff and continue to chat with him, and I said hello again, she still didn't answer me, and I just about to leave, the other staff said hello and take my order. And I must say the pizza was cold today as well, I need to reheat when I get back to my shop! Won't go to this store again!

I asked for a double espresso and the girl who was in charge today 4/02/2022 was presing to coffee machine Later Where they kept sugar on table for costumer if costumer needed never i didn't see milk, all the time to asking staff for milk. And it's not first time happened on this Greggs. Where it's bas stops Abovebar, Southampton on the High Street the employees all the time was given me a very good service 👏.
