Interested in taking your money,only to provide a sub standard service. Bought new laminate style cushion flooring for kitchen & dining room only to find the fitters had ripped the corner, left a small piece of tile under the floor, to which i had to remove quickly for obvious reasons then damaged the floor with the foot from the fridge freezer. Walked into the shop at felling to bring to the attention of the staff only to be told “ I’ll phone the fitter, fitter came & said “ I’ll fix it next Saturday for you” but NEVER turned up & NO communication at all. They have lost all future sales from us. So if you want good after sales service with friendly staff...*** GO SOMEWHERE ELSE***. Two stars in generous.

Fantastic value and great service. Have been using Gregory's Carpets for years and would never go anywhere else. Great choices of carpets, flooring ,laminate and rugs, at really good prices to suit all. Friendly and efficient service all round. Jack and Steve, the fitters, were absolutely amazing. Worked hard and did a great job. I'm over the moon. Would definitely recommend for both your home and business.
