Having booked in May to attend our daughter's wedding, and confirmed twice, the latest being 72 hours before arrival, we were cancelled at 48 hours notice in favour of a "hospital" client booking. We were told that there were "plenty of other places" - not so on Balloon Festival weekend- and that she had to take the booking because the hospital was her best client. We were facing very little choice, much higher prices and little time to find somewhere suitable.

Sam P5 StarWe were made very welcome by Diana who looked after us whilst we were visiting friends in Bristol. The room was clean and comfortable and very close to town. She made us an egg breakfast both mornings with fresh berries and yogurt and recommended places to visit nearby. Would love to stay again next time we're in town!Saturday 2nd October 2021
