Filthy communal area, buzzer door system that works when it feels like it, broken tiles on the stairs, unsafe asbestos exposed on the stairs, been saying will sort for over 2 years. Bin area filthy, outside walls and gutters in disrepair. This company is an absolute joke as a management company. Takes your money but never has anything left to do anything that needs doing. Where is the money going?

I can not recommend you enough , to avoid . Our building is run down unclean and lost its value due to incompetence!

Our building has recently found itself embroiled in the nationwide cladding scandal, and I can't state in enough positive terms quite how impressed I've been with Colin Walker's commitment to finding resolve, and his professionalism in dealing with what is an extremely complex and delicate landscape. This in combination with the hard work of individual members of our building has allowed us to challenge and overcome the issues we were faced with where many other buildings across the country haven't. Considering how many property managers seem to consider the cladding crisis as a series of box ticking exercises, whereby they simply pass costs onto their residents without any inclination to actually progress their situation, I can't express how grateful I am to have had Hadrian on our side fighting our corner. Thank you, and highly recommend.

We’ve lived in a property managed by Hadrian for almost 15 years and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them highly. We’ve always found the property and it’s grounds are maintained to the highest standards. They’re always quick to respond for requests for maintenance, easily contactable by phone and email. We usually deal with Sharon and have always found she goes above and beyond to rectify any issues.

I was interested to read the reviews of Hadrian’s. They don’t seem to reflect my 15 year plus experience of dealing with this company who have managed my property with a calm, competent, friendly professionalism. I find them responsive and extremely prompt in dealing with requests for maintenance. I’m particularly appreciative of the fact that they will enter into a dialogue before settling on a course of action. After previous negative experiences with management companies, I find dealing with Hadrian’s to be a pleasingly positive experience.
