Excellent staff!! I needed a new wiper, and even though they didn't have my fitting size. He was extremely knowledgeable, and advised me where to go, (Thomson's Garage) where they thankfully had what I needed. I was very pleased that although he knew I wasn't going to buy anything from them, he still took the time to advise me further. That's what really matters!

fantastic service. straight in served right away. Went in to get bulbs fitted on two cars and nothing was a bother. The fitter was so efficient and worked very fast and knew exactly what he was doing. Very pleasant and friendly. Will definitely be back thanks Halfords.

Bought neon pink spray paint for a project and, on asking what colour primer they would recommend i was told either grey or white would be fine. I bought a large can of grey and have found the pink neon colour to not be so neon because of the grey primer. On reading the back of the pink neon spray paint more carefully it does actually specify white primer. I've been in a couple of times of late and have felt my questions have been answered with guesses... not happy.

Went to the Stirling store first thing this morning to see if they could fit a set of tyres on my road bike that I’d found impossible to get in the rims. Was seen straight away by Kenny on the bike team who went to work and got them fitted. Very much appreciated and outstanding customer service by Kenny.

Fantastic service from the team at Halfords in Stirling yesterday . Went in after school with my daughter to Pick a bike with her birthday money . .. The guys had it built up and ready to go within the hour . We have a very happy 9 year old off to her bike ability today at school . Thank you ➡️ I didn’t catch the two staff members names - but give those guys a bonus Halfords 😆
