Mick Warren1 StarWhilst I get it that it is a minor thing, NO dust cap on valve after tyre was replaced. The excess liquid used to ensure the tyre is sealed to the wheel rim was NOT washed off. There was a white scuff on passenger wing mirror I only noticed on my arrival at home. The vehicle was dropped at 08.50hrs for an MOT. At 10.39hrs I was informed that a new tyre was needed. It then took OVER 6hrs to replace the tyre and service the vehicle. The record for the service was not available on the day. I was informed it would be emailed to me. To date, 8 days later and STILL no record for the service. NO I will NOT be using this location again, ever!!!Friday 5th August 2022
BLF1 StarWouldn't recommend. Gent on the front desk with tattoos was very moody and grumpy, highly unprofessional and poor service all round, their time keeping is horrendous. Waited around all bloomin day for a service that takes other garages an hour!Sunday 28th August 2022

MCB Girlgamer5 StarHalfords Bognor Regis were absolutely brilliant when I took my car in for its MOT it did fail and they booked it in to be fixed but had issues with the emissions do stopped fixing it to let me know and recommended taken it to vauxhall first before being fixed as they didn't want to charge me alot of money if my car was past the point in fixing depending on the outcome,Halfords were brilliant service, friendly and really reasonable and definitely would recommendTuesday 9th August 2022
