Excellent service! Very happy with the brake pad renewal done at the Loughborough centre. The manager was very considerate to remind me not to leave the bike unlocked outside when picking up the vehicle.

Booked a 4 wheel alignment, the garage failed to provide any documentation it had even been checked claiming the printer was broker whilst also handing me my printed receipt. The man also said he would be giving me refund as they couldn’t do the work because my car is “seized up” which it is not as my partner checked this prior to booking it in. It is my belief, the car was just moved across the car park and never entered the garage. So, I’ve wasted money and work time dropping & collecting my car from the garage for an appointment the garage never intended to do. It was an awful experience! They never called me to collect my car. The man behind the counter chose to support his claims using “acetylene” as a reference to which there is absolutely no reason to be doing apart from to mislead the customer. Please stop adding commentary to patronise your paying customers!

I have been to three Halfords with my cars over the past 12 months, and all have been great except this garage. The Loughborough garage incorrectly my cars braking performance and efficiency tests, engine checks and suspension, and has failed it on multiple issues. They didn't elaborate on several subjective measurements/observations, despite the other two garages coming to the same conclusion on the fact that the car is road legal - it just needed the brake imbalance to be checked as it had some work done. I only came here as there were bookings available for the next day. I won't be returning to this garage. For those who don't know, they have pass/fail targets they need to meet, so they've used my car as a way to show the DVSA that they don't just pass all cars and unnecessarily 'went to town' on my car. They'll most likely deny this on their comment below though.

I took my car in for a minor sensor replacement repair ,I wasn't given a fixed price but was told it was an easy job to do and i watched a video of it on google,a simple bolt to be undone and When I picked my car I got a bill for £293.I was charged for a new oil filter which was only 3 months old and 3.5litres of oil. I could have bought these from their own shop for £25 but was somehow charged £72.I wasn't asked if I wanted any additional work done and looks like I have been charged 3 hours labour for a 30 minute job. I feel ripped off and over charged
