Miss B4 StarPicked up a bike today with my partner.
The man who served us looked over the bike before we took it out - was very pushy with my partner about purchasing some kind of insurance for repairs even though my partner politely declined I think three times in the end - not impressed.
Had to bring bike back after just leaving the shop as the front break stopped working - however the 4 star review is for the lady who fixed the break and also showed us how to fix it if it happened again. She was greatSunday 8th May 2022
Lloyd5 StarDropped into today to buy and have a new battery and have it fitted for my Ford Kuga. The lad came out and tested my battery and alternator and said they was both fine. He could have sold me a battery for £150 plus £25 fitting, very honest and polite thank you. Problem with the blue tooth was draining my battery.Wednesday 20th April 2022

Sam Herbert1 StarOrdered a bike on the website using the availability filter and chose Bilston. Was told I would be able to collect last Friday. Awesome... Nah. Got a call Thursday saying the bike that they marked as available was the model on the shop floor so they would have to order me a new one. Annoying but not the end of the world, and they said it would be ready today. Nice call this morning saying the supervisor has ordered the completely wrong bike and the bike won't be available until Wednesday??? So that's a full 7 days after I ordered the bike... It's not the end of the world, but it's just the fact I chose the bike for the availability as I needed for my brothers birthday. Now he had sod all to open from me on the weekend👍Monday 18th April 2022
