Derek Pendrey5 StarOnce more a quick and efficient service for my daughter's bike.
Marcus and John were friendly and did an effective job.
John spotted a crack in the brake lever and replaced them - and put in new brake cables too. He checked the front brake pads needed replacing and did that job. The bike was serviced and ready to pick up at the agreed time. A great job done by both - it's appreciated.Wednesday 13th April 2022
TKJ JJ5 StarPurchased tool kit for Hamilton palace grounds and received excellent service .
Unfortunately placed my daughter’s Birthday presents on shelf and walked out after tool kit purchase forgetting birthday gifts that were purchased from another retailer.
Realised my mistake 2 hours later but thankfully staff at Hamilton had stored misplaced items safely for collection.

FpS MaX1 StarI put my bike in to be repaired, it's took 6 week for parts to coming (witch I know can not be helped), after my bike being in the store for 3 week I phoned to see what progress has been made, I was told that the wrong forks had been ordered and it would be a longer wait for the correct forks. Now today was told I have to pay an exsta £50 on top of the £280 that was quoted because halfords can't not find part for the bike they manufacture and have to buy from a different supplier and was asked if I was happy for them to start work on my bike witch means it has been lying in the back of there shop for 3 weeks untouched , it has been nearly 3 months and still have not got my bike back,
If anyone is looking to have they're bike repaired please DO NOT give them your custom.
