I am with Halfords Premium members motoring club. So I booked my car in for my FREE 10 point health check. (at Halfords on Outer Circle) it only took 30 minutes. I asked if they would kindly replace one of my Day Light bulbs, as it was no longer working. They replaced both, which only cost pennies. The staff were polite and friendly and very knowledgeable. I couldn't fault them. I have used all THREE of Halfords stores in Lincoln (for MOT & Servicing etc...) They have all been brilliant. I would highly recommend! The premium members club is well worth the money.

I bought a new bike from HALFORDS, Wragby Rd just over four weeks ago. Its been returned three times. It goes back today for the fourth time for the same fault. This time for a full refund or a replacement bike. Then I will never go back to HALFORDS again.

Tom was absolutely brilliant today, a credit to the store. My car was a nightmare but he was amazing, he’s a credit to Halfords and I wish him all the best for when he moves to Tritton road.

Collected the replacement bulb set from the stand and the Halfords shop Assistant very kindly confirmed the bulbs to be the correct type for my indicator.All with no fuss and a very friendly service!
