Jac Norton5 StarI went today and Alex was able to fix something that another garage had not been able to. The other garage recommended here and I'm so glad they did. Alex was VERY professionally and kind. It was just before they were due to close and yet he made time for me.. .he could easily have taken advantage of my lack of knowledge but instead was quick and helpful . .. michele munno1 StarReally you should give the ability to give 0 stars, as they don’t deserve even 1… booked in for a simple safety check on the car, 8:30 am.. went back after 4 pm to find out my car wasn’t even touched…. Absolutely ridiculous, I wasted a day and I also spent 40 pound in taxis because I had no other option.. Halfords wake up!! Look at the reviews… you’re just loosing customers! Caoimhe McKearney5 StarI booked a winter car check on the spur of the moment on Christmas Eve. This was carried out by John W. I am a new car owner and this will be my first winter driving, plus I am clueless about car maintenance generally, so I asked John if I could watch him carry out the checks rather than waiting in the waiting room as I wanted to learn a bit about what he was doing. He let me stand in the viewing area and then very patiently talked me through all the checks he was doing, answered all my silly questions and generally gave me really good advice about taking care of my car over the next while. I learn so much and now feel much more confident with basic car maintenance tasks. Thank you John!Sunday 26th December 2021
