Called Halifax Security Technologies as I had a problem with my alarm after new windows & doors being fit. The engineer that came was extremely neat & polite and did a great job. Would highly recommend and look forward to using them in the future.

I would highly recommend Halifax Security! From the initial contact with Nicola to make the booking, through to the day the engineers visited my property, the service given was friendly whilst being impeccably professional. They clearly have years of experience, making me feel I'm in very good hands. If you need peace of mind with your security then Halifax Security know their stuff and are also really nice too.

I recently contacted Halifax Security as a new customer, and have been very impressed with their customer service. I requested a home visit to discuss a possible upgrade for my alarm system, which I have had for a number of years. Ross their security consultant was excellent : he was very personable and knowledgable , and advised us without any “hard sell” of a possible upgrade and an estimate of the cost. Within a couple of days, we then received a quote by email with the specification outline which was very favourable cost wise. Due to Ross’ excellent customer service, we booked to go ahead that day . Very impressive !
