Doesn't say anywhere that's it's cash only, after giving me the ice-cream then was advice the cash machine was in the arcade which charged so an ice-cream for my daughter cost nearly a fiver ridiculous should at least have signs or advized before being given the product if it was in a packet I would I put it back

Cash only but no signs anywhere. Told to go to the arcade & get cash. Ice cream was awful - really strange taste. Most ice creams were melting in the counter. Chocolate Brazil nuts were off. Lemon sherbets were all crushed up. Lady behind counter was extremely rude. I'd go elsewhere

Whilst enjoying a family trip out and you decide to make it even better by picking up a cool, tasty ice cream……then…..I suggest you go somewhere else where you get served with a smile and some care. Or just go in and antagonise the staff because that’s what custom does!

Really disappointed - this place is cash only, but doesn’t say this anywhere, so order Ice creams to THEN be told cash only! Told the nearest cash point is in the arcades where your charged £1.50! If I’d have known this, and hadn’t already ordered I’d have not bothered! Cash only in a pandemic!!!!! When you’re advised to pay contactless!
