Mark Barker5 StarI bought a Seat Altea which unbeknown to the dealers required some work under the warranty. Staff at Hallam motors communicated with me very well whilst having had the car repaired. This repair was at a significant cost to the dealer and they were true to their word regarding rectifying this issue. They were also very transparent regarding where the car was being repaired and the company used was of high quality with sound reputation. I would highly recommend this dealer as they have proven their honesty and integrity with their after sales service.Sunday 1st October 2017
Rosemary Rabjohn5 StarFirst time buying a car from these guys and they were great, the cars are well priced and the service has been great. Had a small niggle with it which they dealt with promptly. I didn't find them patronising or pushy which I've had at other places. Jake was very helpful. I even changed my mind over night which didn't phase them.
