We thought we should let you know that there is NOT a supply issue for fuel at all, there is a driver shortage in the UK, which is causing a minor supply issue to SOME retail garages – what will cause supply issues is people panic buying fuel.
At our Head Office, we have retail pumps that supply White Diesel (DERV) and Super Unleaded Petrol (RON 97). We only usually cater for staff and a few customers but due to the situation we are in at the moment, we have decided that the retail pumps will be open for the general public.

Callum Davidson-Kerr1 StarRubbish company used them once fuel took 4 weeks even after many calls they weren't interested in coming up with a date just excuses on how they can't came until a later date! And again after ordering through boilerjuice which unfortunately Halso got the contract we even paid extra to have it delivered the next we have no been told it will not come till next week useless company after speaking to boilerjuice they have no made sure they won't be delivering oil to us again!Friday 14th April 2023
Christopher Norris1 StarAfter being a loyal but vulnerable customer for well over 10 years, I have got heating oil from an more honest and affordable source. Halso quoted £1.69 per litre one day and two days later put that quote up £1.89 p/l plus vat because I needed it sooner than their 4 week lead delivery time. I have ordered and received oil at half this price now and within 4 days. Shame on companies like this who play on the loyalty of regular customers and then treat them without any courtesy and badly. My advice - it pays shop around, as there is obviously nothing gained by being a loyal customer, so avoid at all cost!!!Friday 25th March 2022

Cloudmaker1 StarHalso UK Fuels have really gone downhill, used to have fuel off them all the time and now regretting using them again after 2 weeks no fuel. Phone them they don't know what's happening but will call back, but no they don't, so have to call them again to be told it will be several more days. Stopped using them before because after taking payment they forgot to deliver the fuel for 3 weeks. How the hell do you forget to deliver 5000 litres of fuel? Not what I expect from a professional supplier. If I ever use them again I will update this review and hopefully it will be better than this shambles.Monday 18th July 2022
