We had a lovely young man called Micheal who came into help look after our daughter who has very challenging behaviour and complex needs. We were so impressed by his genuine interest in our daughter he was so good and very caring and compassionate she just loved him. She would barely take her eyes off him. We can't believe how good she was this weekend as compared to last weekend she was just so settled with him.cant wait till he comes back. Thank you Micheal for your help. Thank you Hamilton Cross for having such a great carer.
