I was living in a property that is managed by Hamptons International in Twickenham for nearly 3 years, and I must say they are absolutely first rate. When I was first shown the property by a young chap called James King, I was immediately put at ease by his manner and professionalism. In fact to be honest I was treated like an old friend. I would often pop into the Hamptons office for various enquiries, whether it be to receive an updated print out of my rent for the year, or the time I locked myself out of my flat. The office staff always had time for me, nothing was ever a problem. I have since left the property that Hamptons manage. And in the run up to leaving the property I had been asked if it would be OK for potential tenants to view the flat, of course I said yes. A young stylish Hamptons letting agent called Lyndsey messaged me periodically to fix time and dates to view. I found Lyndsey to be fashionable, alert and to have that rare quality of having a people skill, making you feel like the most important person in the room, her voice dripping with enthusiasm, a distinctive character that can shape the outcome of an event. It's wonderful to see young people with such talent. In my last few days in the property I was contacted by a senior member of the Hamptons team, a lady called Shona Fraser. A totally delightful Shona explained to me the process of leaving the property, and liaised between the landlady and myself. It was all done in an extremely positive and relaxed manner. Judging from my review here I was indeed impressed with the staff and the way that I was treated. I was treated more like a friend than a client.

I love Hamptons. The friendliest and most professional agents to rent through, and we are now living in our first managed property and it's a whole new world! Our property manager Lauren Gilbane is excellent - she gets issues resolved quickly and keeps you informed every step of the way. Highly recommend renting through Hamptons!

The team at the Teddington & Twickenham Lettings branch have been extremely helpful, especially considering we were a bit weary after a previous bad experience with another letting company. Daniel Carey, in particular has been attentive and patient whilst answering all of our many questions. He has remained approachable throughout and has always worked in our best interest.
