We'll use a range of techniques, including gentle manipulation, soft tissue massage, joint mobilisation and cranial osteopathy.

The treatment will vary for each patient, depending on their age, and fitness.

We assess and treat people of any age, from pregnant women and newborns, through to sports people and the elderly.

We got in touch and where able to be squeezed in for an urgent appointment when my husband put his back out. I've suffered with pain in my shoulder, my knee and on several occasions my lower back has been very bad, and every time Janet has managed to fix the issues and get me back to 'normal' again. My recovery has usually been very quick, sometimes with just the one session, and my pain has always been significantly reduced or gone entirely by the end of the first treatment. I would not go anywhere else and thoroughly recommend the service that Janet offers.
