Left very dissapointed, no show and no communication. Lee quoted us for fitted wardrobes, I was delighted and excited and accepted the quote. We fixed a date for a couple of months later. After this it was hard to communicate with Lee and he didn't respond to my messages. I had to post publicly on FB to get a response. Finally Lee confirmed he was still coming on the date planned. A few days before this date...no communication. I finally got him on the phone and he explained a 2 week delay which was acceptable. But I haven't heard since and my messages are again, being ignored. You have left us in the lurch and haven't even had the courtesy to respond to a text message. Its not about a delay due to covid though is it Lee. Its about committing to do a job and then just ignoring your client until it gets to this. You are clearly a good joiner who does lots of good work so I don't understand it at all.

Just had some new Electric and Gas meter cupboards built after having the Hall Plastered. The new cabinets look great and were not expensive.

Renovating our hall and staircase, we needed two old meter cupboards replacing with something that looked like pieces of furniture rather than radiator covers. We also wanted to have panelling added to the wall of our under-stairs cupboard. After an extensive trawl through the websites of various companies, we decided to ask Lee, from Harrison Fine Woodwork, for a quotation. He arrived when promised (at a time to suit us), discussed our requirements, provided a couple of designs for us to choose from, adapted them to our precise needs, and quoted reasonable prices for the work. Anticipating that it would take him two days to do the work, we arranged a start date. On the day he arrived on time, carrying out the work to a very high standard. As you'd expect from a professional, he ensured that our hallway was clean and tidy before leaving each day. Examples of Lee's work can be seen on his website and our experience is that his work is of the very highest standard. As we continue our renovations, we'll be approaching him again for various other projects. Very highly recommended.
