We shopped around for shutters and found Harvey Bruce to be the best overall in terms of sales, price and trust. The owner will come and measure up and fit your shutters and it all feels so much easier than with one of the ‘bigger named’ companies. No pushy sales, honest and mild mannered family business. Trying to get the best price for you the product and the business. Very open and honest. Found other companies trying to sell me a lesser product at a good price, then realising it wasn’t what I was asking for. I would recommend to anyone looking for shutters and will definitely use them again if we look to do other areas of our house. Thank you!

Used Harvey Bruce when I renovated my Steading property. Their small store was filled with lots of interesting and quirky furniture items. They supplied and fitted wooden shutters for all my windows. Their service was friendly, efficient and highly professional. Would definitely recommend .

Great service, when we visited the show room to discuss blinds. Followed by speedy response, with home visit, advice, and many samples to choose from. Two weeks later the 4 blinds were fitted, in less than half an hour. We're delighted with them - wish we'd done it years ago. Total privacy when needed, brilliant shade from the sun, and simple easy use. Terrific experience, we highly recommend Harvey Bruce.

We recently enquired about wooden shutters and patio door blinds. Everyone we had contact with at Harvey Bruce was knowledgable, helpful and patient. They came out to measure up and talk through our options, gave us all the information required and left us to decide what we wanted to do. After we decided to go with a wooden blind instead of shutters we again found dealing with Harvey Bruce easy and straightforward, they quickly arranged for someone to come out and check measurements. When our blind arrived in stock they arranged to fit it promptly. The service, knowledge and quality of their products is excellent, we have had neighbours ask about our blind and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Harvey Bruce.

We got several perfect-fit horizontal blinds with colour matched frames, and a standard horizontal blind installed a few months ago. (Perfect-fit with white frames upstairs and perfect-fit with brown frames downstairs for the kitchen window & patio doors, to match the brown windows). We got several visits/quotes (Hillary’s, ScotBlinds, TopCat), and we decided to go with ‘Harvey Bruce’ mostly because the salesman (Derek Lamb) was really nice, helpful, professional, and not full of sales talk! The Blind 'Samples' looked good. Cost wise; they were neither the highest or lowest. The blinds took just over 3 weeks to arrive from when they were ordered, and were installed by Derek (very quickly!) and look great! We love the look, quality, and love the colour-match frames. 3 months on, we are still as happy with them, and look as amazing as they did on day one! All in all, it was a brilliant service from beginning to end, and will definitely use again! Also happy to recommend them to family, friends, or anyone else wanting great quality blinds with a great quality service! It's always feels like a risk going with a company you aren't familiar with, but we definitely made the right choice!
