Heart aflutter was my second dress shop, I wish it'd been my first! I loved the online consultation in advance which helped them get to know me and get some dresses ready. I loved the setting of the shop and felt really at ease. Veronica was fantastic, she ended up pulling me a new dress that had arrived that very morning after seeing that I liked the high neck lines and I fell in love straight away. There was no pressure, and I also felt there was no chatter about weight or sizing. My first shop was more 'traditional' and mentioned losing weight a couple of times as well as not really having styles that flattered by figure but just covering it up. I'd highly recommend Heart Aflutter! I wish I could do it all over again.

Heart Aflutter was my first bridal dress appointment and I had an amazing time from start to finish. I was immediately put at ease by Veronika, and having the pre-appointment chat I felt she really understood my style and helped me understand what it was I was looking for, and gave me advice that was really helpful for other appointments. I didn't end up getting my dress from Heart Aflutter but would highly recommend it to any future bride as the dresses are beautiful and the staff are very helpful and lovely!

I had an amazing experience with Heart Aflutter. It was the first and only place I went to try on dresses and I ended up buying the first dress they put me in! The pre meeting questionnaire allows the ladies to have an initial selection when you arrive which is really helpful as it can be overwhelming being faced with so much choice. Cecilia was so lovely and encouraging for my appointment, I didn’t feel rushed at all and she asked all the right questions to help me work through what I was thinking/feeling.Veronika was also fabulous for my pick up appointment and made me feel so special and confident in my dress. My mum who came with me for both appointments also felt really included and had a great time. So excited to wear my dress in May, thank you Heart Aflutter!

I had a fantastic experience at Heart Aflutter. It was the last shop I planned to visit and even though I wanted something 'different' I had already resigned to the idea of getting an empire line dress that I had tried in another shop - thinking that was all that would suit me. I was asked to pick out 10 dresses, 9 were empire line and the final one was a plain silk dress that I was sure would be too clingy and make me feel conscious. Well that last silk dress was the one I went with, and their amazing array of accessories meant I achieved the 'different' look I was going for. I can't recommend Heart Aflutter enough, a must visit if you are dress shopping in London!
