Toni Exposito1 StarBeen waiting for over a month for them to call back and fix a toilet pan (flexi-pipe and cistern) in NR2 3NW but never got back to me. They probably thought smells and blockage coming from toilet could wait. You need to chase them up and then they just turn up to do some measurements and said they would do their best as my wife is pregnant and needs toilet upstairs. Very unhelpful, wouldn't recommend. John Pennington5 StarI had a Gas boiler replaced and CH system overhauled recently. The company has been a pleasure to deal with. Turning up on the allotted date and time, completeing the work on time in budget and with skill and professionalism that is hard to find these days. The engineer that did the onsite work is a credit to Heat Norfolk. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.Friday 4th September 2020
