I would like to Thank Salman Gillani for his help in introducing me to rent guarantee scheme. I have many properties where i was having problems with tenants, receiving rent and many other issues. But Heaven Estate agents helped me a lot and has made the whole renting out properties a stress free process. I visited this estate agent on the 26th of June and received terrible service. I was racially profiled as one of the agents said, “Don’t tell me you’re a nurse” I guessing because I’m black. Then ignored the fact I wanted to buy rather than rent. She then went onto take my details incredibly slowly then when I had to tell her I was looking to buy for the third time, she realised she had filled out the wrong forms. At this point it was clear I was wasting me time. To make matters worse, her colleague then wanted to know my deposit size and other pieces of information that had nothing to do with my enquiry. They didn’t even have any flats on their books anyway. All in all, a huge waste of time. Avoid at all costs, especially if you are black.
