I have worked at helping hands for a year and a half. When I first started it was hard. I felt unsupported and just left to do the work and isolated. Now I couldn't recommend working here more. Everyone is so supportive. The carers all work together to keep the customers in the best health and wellbeing possible. The office staff help in every way they can and always offer support and advise and are understanding when unplanned things happen. Applying for a job here was the best decision I've made professionally.

I have a carer from Help Hands(HH) in Harlow and she is brilliant. Not only do HH provide top quality care staff but their organisation is very very well run. My carer turns up, at the time expected, every time. She does all of the things I need and is warm, friendly, professional and maintains my dignity despite me needing personal care. I value this service more than I can say. HH and their carers are outstanding. Highly recommended.

Im so pleased with this company and will continue to use them. I’ve dealt with other companies but they fell short on their care plan and very low on standards and time keeping. I contacted Laura from, ‘Helping Hands” and she has delivered and more. Her team are warm, friendly and are extremely respectful of my needs. As a service user, dignity goes a long way and I am so so pleased how they deal with difficult situations. Thank you Laura for your very kind help and making my life easier.
