Initial survey carried out on my previous home, answered all our questions about the move.
On the day, the moving team arrived bang on time, got right to work and cleared our previous home very quickly. The team were professional, courteous and engaged with us throughout.
Once at our new place, the team had the vans unloaded quickly and all boxes put into their assigned rooms. We really could not have asked for more from Dave and the team.

FIONA BURTON5 StarI am very happy to recommend Henry & Sons in Hinckley. They did an amazing job of coordinating our move from two separate houses, to one.
Right from the initial enquiry with Raj, I was treated with courtesy, respect and professionalism. Everything was explained very clearly and we were supported every step of the way.
The assessment was very efficient and done by WhatsApp video call. Again, carried out in a friendly, patient and professional way.
On the day of our move, the guys were all outstanding. They kept checking in with us and making sure we were happy with how things were going. I had so much trust in them as I could see how careful they were being and how well they worked as a team. They worked so hard and nothing was damaged or lost.

Worked hard when loading the vehicles and then unloaded. Professional, courteous and asked questions about where to put the unmarked boxes. They took away any anxiety on the day which went smoothly.

The office staff and assessor took trouble to explain all the necessary details and, when circumstances changed, continued to be most helpful. Moving day was made so easy and free of stress for us by the lovely removals team. They were very efficient and helpful and did everything professionally and with good humour.
