Originally just a rose field, we began selling plants in 1966 and, today stock a huge range of all types of plants and gardening products. we've developed a reputation over the years for top-quality growing stock and excellent customer service - thanks to our team, who love to share their gardening knowledge with customers.
We also have a gift shop, great for a spot of shopping, and a restaurant serving delicious meals.

Whether you're after a quick coffee, a snack or a relaxed meal, you'll find something truly appetising in our restaurants. Some of our centres have soft play areas for kids, so your little ones can have lots of fun.

Stevie Boy64 StarPreviously called Wyevale, in fact this is the site of the very first garden centre in England! Very large selection of plants, pots, gardening accessories, indoor plants etc. Inside can be found many small departments selling many household and personal items plus stuff for pets. There is also a cafe, could easily spend a couple of hours wandering around here. The centre is well set out and clean, plenty of parking. Tills can be a tad slow at times and some of their stuff is pricey but overall a great garden centre.Thursday 24th March 2022

Noreen Ford5 StarAbsolutely loved our visit this afternoon. We had intended to have coffee and cakes but decided to have have meals instead - a very wise decision! The food was excellent and the visit was made more memorable by the fabulous friendly and helpful restaurant staff who were so caring and sweet with grandson who is only 12 months old. The play area is great too! Overall a great afternoon and we managed to pick up some shopping on the way out too. Well done to all concerned.Thursday 22nd September 2022
Nathan Casey5 StarHad a lovely meal in the restaurant, the food was a bit of a wait but boy was it worth it.
The food was delicious and hot, hot chips that would burn your mouth.
My wife had a burger that was huge and looked fantastic.
Had a quiet wonder round the shop after, full of wonderful things.

We have eaten here a few times before and never been disappointed. Very good choice of menu both for adults and children. Quantities for the children are actually equally suited for an adult with a small appetite.
All the food is well coooked and presented and served in a reasonable time. A very pleasant glass of wine to drink alongside. Then out to browse the wide range of products available as well as lovely plants. Very enjoyable. Thank you.Monday 15th August 2022
