Before Adam we’d only ever done things directly with the bank. What a mistake!!! Adam took the pain and stress out of the house move sorting out the best deal available, quickly and efficiently. We ended up porting our mortgage but needing a smaller mortgage. Adam calculated the best way to do this to reduce exposure to early repayment charges something that if I’d done directly with the bank no doubt they would have charged us the full amount. Adams communication was excellent throughout and he liaised with the solicitor and agents ensuring a quick and smooth transaction. Can’t recommend Adam highly enough and will definitely be using again in the future.

In order to give us more agility and avoid being tied to a chain, we decided to split the sale of our current property from the purchase of our new home. This meant we wanted to borrow a relatively high amount in the short term, while processing the sale of our current property in the background. Having reached out to Heritage, Adam's help was invaluable in understanding the options available to us and advising which a mortgage vehicle that would give us the flexibility to make a large early repayment as soon as our property sold with no penalty - all while keeping our short term monthly payments as low as possible. I can honestly say we would not have been able to move forward with our purchase had we not had Adam's advice and support. He even helped in recommending a fantastic law firm that managed the conveyance in just over 6 weeks!

Just had my mortgage approved through Heritage :) Adam has been wonderful throughout the whole process. I felt completely supported through a time that was quite daunting for me. My mortgage application was not completely straightforward and he went out of his way to make sure that he got the right product for me and that everything went smoothly. He genuinely cared about me and my application and communication was incredibly efficient and friendly. I wholeheartedly recommend Adam and Heritage.
