Francine Traiger Poor1 StarHorrible, horrible, horrible! Stated they had a location at the Inverness railway station when it’s actually a “meet and greet”. Never showed up, then gave our car away leaving us stranded. Told us the only way to get our car was to come to the airport! ”Customer service” was useless, rude and dismissive. Fortunately one phone call to the very wonderful people at Enterprise and we had a car almost immediately. NEVER AGAIN will I rent from Hertz.Tuesday 3rd March 2020

sat urn1 StarHad a courtesy car off them was pleased with the car all done through the AA they refused to extend the hire privately while my car was still in the garage, despite having all the proof they needed that I had the car from the AA, I live almost 100 miles from their depot! Not happy rubbish service, Enterprise are a lot better than these guys!Saturday 19th May 2018
Simone Levy1 StarWhen we arrived at Inverness, the Hertz agent informed us that our vehicle had been given away. Although we provided our flight number in our booking it was not referenced, and unfortunately there was a slight error in the pick-up time. No effort made look up the flight arrival time or to contact us prior to giving away our vehicle. We were on holidays and were left stranded as no other agencies had a vehicle available, and Hertz indicated they would not have another as a replacement. Seems to be they are overbooking and planning for no-shows. CarFlexi customer service indicated there was nothing to be done if the arrival time was incorrect. I have pointed out that on the booking page it needs to be made explicitly clear that a vehicle will only be held for 2 hours past the indicated pick-up time. I'm extremely disappointed in both Hertz and CarFlexi, this issue caused significant stress on our holiday and extra cost.Friday 6th September 2019
Becky Sisco5 StarI have been a hertz customer for over 20 years exclusively, but I had to go with Enterprise for my trip to Inverness Scotland. What a mistake!! Our plane had to land in Aberdeen 2 hours away due to weather and Enterprise rented our prepaid car and offered to help by calling expedia to refund our money THATS IT!! If it weren't for Erica Vilmos at Hertz who took pity on our situation our vacation would of been ruined. She did her best to get me a car for the week and she was so patient even through my hysteria. Go Hertz!!! never will I stray again.Tuesday 27th November 2018
