We found ourselves stranded in Inverness and several bike shops later tried yours on the off chance. You went to it and sorted it in no time and would not charge us! Can’t thank you enough. Jamie2 StarTravelling around Scotland and my bottom bracket was loose. I was informed it needed tightening and a new left crank arm should be fitted which I agreed to. If I'm correct, and the only thing that was needed was a tightening of the bottom bracket and a new left crank arm, GBP 42 was too much.Tuesday 2nd August 2022
