King5 StarWe began our house selling journey with a nationally advertised online estate agent. It started well but my wife and I felt we were not getting the attention or service that we had paid for. We felt our property was not being pushed and feedback from the agent was infrequent. We changed tact. Enter Hilton & Fox, Wembley....
We initially met Steve when he knocked on our door to enquire how the sale was progressing. We invited him in for a chat and suddenly, everything felt professional and personal. Steve gave us honest guidance and we felt our property was at last being pushed. We had a constant stream of potential buyers visit our property and very soon after - a sale that we felt would not have otherwise happened.
We cannot thank Hilton & Fox (Steve) enough. Its not everyday you sell a property and he recognised we were green to the process so took us under his wing and made sure we had everything we needed to make the experience end in a positive manner.
