Very good service. The agents are very thorough and also offered me professional advice when our old landlord became difficult. We were so grateful to them. They action things very quickly and have made the move that much easier. Very friendly and professional staff. Gerry and Raf are a very rare find in the world of letting agents. They are the nicest people and even coped well with my total meltdown during a difficult move where I was sick. They are very kind and patient agents and they treated us so well. I'm glad we found them and I 100% recommend them.

This review is long overdue, but it is imperative that I make it. Gerry and Rafal were and are such a pleasure to work with! I can't stress enough how easy they made the whole process for us, from the first viewing to the moving day (and beyond!). From the first moment they were kind, cordial and helpful. They helped us navigate the rental process and made it smooth sailing from the beginning. Even after we've settled into our new home, they keep the channels of communication open and if we ever have a problem they're always ready to help. Would definitely recommend this amazing duo if you're thinking of moving houses!

Hirsch Estates are a great letting company. Raphal and Gerry are both lovely. Really nice people that go out of their way to help with issues or queries that I have had. Problems have been resolved quickly and its always done professionally. Would definitely recommend using them if you are looking for a place to live!

After a turbulent 6 months with another company, Gerry & Rafal have lightened that burden by taking over the full management of my properties with both ease and professionalism. Gerri and Rafal were recommended to us by a neighbour as we were looking to let our property whilst moving out of the area. Gerri and Rafal both took lots of time to meet with us and to explain the intricacies of becoming landlords and they left us feeling completely reassured by taking away the more difficult aspects such as finding suitable tenants, arranging the paper work and handling the financial side of letting our property. From the beginning their service has been bespoke and personable yet a remains competitive to the current market and this has been key for us.
